Second Annual Member Meeting of the United Aerial Firefighters Association.

UAFA will host its first Congressional Hill Day for members on September 19th and 20th in Washington, DC. Congressional Hill Days are a valuable opportunity for members to engage directly with representatives and their staff, build relationships, and influence legislation by communicating critical needs in the aerial firefighting industry.

UAFA will host a Fall Membership Meeting and AAR with Agencies Tuesday, November 14 - Thursday, November 16 at the Hilton Garden Inn Downtown in Boise, Idaho. This meeting will be an opportunity for UAFA members to socialize and hear from agencies on pertinent information to the industry.

UAFA will host its first Congressional Hill Day for members on September 19th and 20th in Washington, DC. This meeting is also timely, as representatives will be discussing the FY 2024 appropriations. UAFA members will also visit the Western Congressional Caucus and meet with House Natural Resource Committee staff.

This member meeting will be an opportunity for members to meet the UAFA Board of Directors and Executive Team, discuss priorities for the organization in 2023, and collaborate with industry colleagues. Jerry Perez, Sarah Fisher, and Paul Linse from the Forest Service will present to the group.
